You can edit the metadata of your PDF file, making it accurate and searchable. So what has happened behind the scenes, there was a metadata column called Enterprise Keywords added to the library.

Click the check box next to Add an Enterprise Keywords column to this list and enable Keyword synchronization.
Add keywords to document properties word update#
The tool helps you update the PDF metadata without tampering with the actual PDF data. In the middle of the Control Panel, in the middle column, click on Enterprise Metadata and Keywords Settings. These data such as the author title, subject keywords, and copyright information can be used by search utilities. The following eight steps show how to add tags to Word files through the Advanced Properties dialog box.
